City View Mortuary and Cemetery

City View Mortuary is the place we chose for my dad's services. I can not tell you how much I know this place and people was sent to us straight from heaven. Adam Elizabeth are true angels. And I thank you all for how much you guys really made us feel like family. We never felt rushed or any type of negativity. And with this kind of positivity and support makes getting through my dad's passing a whole lot better and it really means the world to me just like my dad meant to me. Thank you and God bless. Losing my father was by far the hardest thing I have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in I instantly felt peace and calm. We met with Adam in a very nice room, private and comfortable. I knew right away that my dad was going to be well takin care of. The patience and warmth we received at every moment, with each conversation and worry we had was cushioned by such understanding and care. I could hardly believe how, for the lack of a better word, easy they made this. I've been with family after losing someone and the interaction was close to being hostile and firm. I know how other's places are and I am so relieved and thankful that we were lucky enough to have dad here. The day of the celebration went as smooth as it can go. our family and friends felt very welcome, and I received lots of comments about how this was the best service they had ever attended and wanted to be sent off in the exact way. The stress and heartache of this loss could have been much worse had we not been fortunate enough to be here at City View Mortuary. I could go on and on, the views, the beautiful decor, etc. my hope is that I show my appreciation and many more families and friends can experience the same. I would very much like to thank from the bottom of my heart, Adam, Elizabeth and Debbie. You all know what you're doing, you're helping so many people in the hardest times in their life, and you are the best at it. Thank you.

My good friend's mother had her funeral here today. It was a beautiful setting. The chapel is charming. The views from the celebration of life room was breathtaking. Elizabeth and Debbie were so accommodating and gentle in dealing with the family . The stained glass in this building is a must see. Highly recommend.

We had such a great experience with City View. Our Dad recently passed and had a spot in the mausoleum next to our mother. We decided to do his services there as well and Adam and Elizabeth were so kind and did such a wonderful job for our family. And the facility is stunning and so peaceful. Everyone was impressed with how beautiful it was. Thank you for being so kind and so attentive to our family

I recently needed to plan a celebration of life for my mother who passed away. The staff is extremely kind and patient, with such sensitive and emotional situations they are presented. I have felt nothing but fully supported and comfortable since working with their team. Elizabeth and Debbie have been so lovely to work with, as well as all other staff that I have met. They provide guidance and support through the whole planning process, and connected me with optional vendors and ways to support executing each detail of the celebration. The location itself is really quite serene, especially with it being so close to the city. It is quiet and very healing to be on the property overlooking the city. The area is beautiful with deer and small wildlife crossing through. They have put a lot of effort into the appearance of the property and building while still preserving the older charm and feeling of the avenues. It has been very difficult loosing a loved one, but I feel so much comfort knowing they get to be remembered and rest in such a peaceful and beautiful space. I have worked with other mortuaries/cemeteries, and attended funerals and celebrations at other locations but nothing has compared to the kind and supportive staff at City View paired with the amazing views and elegant space. I cannot recommend them enough to any family dealing with such a difficult experience.
