We took our Pickles there last year and they were great. We decided to to cremate her. They treated us respectfully and we got our babygirl a few days later after we left her. Happy we found them.

Toothacres is the best ! Only people I trust .been using Toothacres for 45 years plus . I was Akc Breeder 35 years handled all my dogs personal pets . Kerry and Wife everyone there only people trust with my dogs . Love this place 10 stars . See my Facebook Also on beautiful Heart and necklace they did for me . Kind and professtional sweet and caring. I imagine letting anyone else handling my babies. Schnauzers and Wire Foxs. They had Jack Russels so of course Terrier folks but I like people here and only ones want my creamations period . Everyone is nice . Nice facility always clean organized. If know as any creamation if want keep collar say so . I never had issue . 15 star should be 5.0 here . I love that got question I can call ask get right back you . Our beloved Ella had recently been diagnosed with lymphoma. Within a week, her condition drastically deteriorated . Not wanting her to suffer, we chose to have her humanely euthanized. This was our first experience using Toothacres. They did such a respectful and beautiful job with our Ella. 🌈🪽❤️

I am heartbroken and deeply disappointed with how my dog’s cremation was handled. I had hoped to keep his collar—a small but incredibly meaningful item that I was very much looking forward to receiving. Instead, without a single phone call or question, they cremated it with him. When I asked what happened to it, I was told I should have called to say I wanted it back. How was I supposed to know that? This was my first time going through something like this, and I was grieving the loss of my best friend. I expected compassion and guidance—not silence, followed by blame. A simple phone call from them, asking if I wanted to keep the collar, could have made all the difference. It would have taken three seconds to take it off. Now I’m left without something I can never replace, and that’s going to stay with me for the rest of my life. I’m leaving this review so that maybe another family doesn’t have to feel the same avoidable pain. Please don’t assume people know your procedures—especially during one of the hardest times in their lives.

Overall a really good experience. Upon my dog's passing I did have a little bit of a hard time reaching anyone/getting a call back, but it didn't surprise me with their shortened weekend hours. Unfortunately my pup passed on a Friday night. Don't know the name of the gentleman that helped me pick out the cremation package, but I appreciated his businesslike manner. I was a mess and that's exactly what I needed; to just focus on the decisions I needed to make so I could get it done, and go be a mess in the privacy of my own home.
