Initially I was feeling iffy because it didn’t have too many reviews but honestly reading every one it seemed so genuine and that everyone had a good experience working with Cynthia. When I spoke to Cynthia for the first time, her voice was very calming and she was very easy to talk to during this difficult time. Cynthia was very nice and explained everything to us and any questions we had. I was also able to text her as well with any concerns.
