Jackie was absolutely amazing. The process of having someone you love with all of the your heart and soul pass away is too hard to navigate on its own, but to plan a burial is a nightmare for a young person. Simple Cremation was referred to me by a close friend who used the service with her mom. I am beyond thankful for this service, especially when funeral homes prey on grieving parents and families. I knew I wanted to bring my son home, so Simple Cremation in Fort Worth was a beautiful option for this process. Jackie was quick to respond and send updates, she was sympathetic and kind, and when I picked up my son's ashes, she asked if she could hug me. I can't imagine having had to work with a funeral home. Thank you, Jackie and Simple Cremation for this option that didn't require me to go in person, but do step by step via email and online. My son is home and Simple Cremation was the best option for my family and for me as a devastated mother.

First time user of this service. They were so kind and very caring. They helped me with the online obituary and the entire process from start to finish. They were professional and kind when they came to transport my mother’s body. I highly and sincerely recommend this company. Very kind, compassionate, and truly helpful during a difficult time. We unexpectedly had to make arrangements for my mom after her passing and we had a great experience with simple cremation and in the future when we have to make a decision after a loved one’s passing we will definitely have them at the top of our list. The pricing is reasonable. The communication is wonderful. The options they offer are great. Let me just say that Simple Cremation made a difficult time in my life extremely easy. From the moment Art entered my home and exhibited so much compassion, grace and dignity I knew I had made the right decision in choosing this company. Amanda and Lezlie were the best. They helped me with all my decisions and showed so much empathy. All cost was transparent, no surprises, they make everything simple. My satisfaction with this organization is off the charts phenomenal.

This is something that you never choose to deal with, but it was time when my elderly mother was on hospice care and coming to the end of her life. I called ahead of time and Jackie explained all the services and costs that they provided which I felt were very reasonable. When it was time, it was a simple call, and they took care of everything along with keeping me informed of the whole process. Also, I needed to return my mother's remains to California to lay her to rest with my father and Jackie got the document required for me to do that. Very compassionate and extremely considerate of our family's needs. Thank you
