I would like to give 5 stars. Colette has been so helpful and caring in a time where I was heartbroken to lose my cat Leo. She gave me all options and upfront pricing. I appreciate her car even coming out to my car to assist. I would highly recommend to all of my pet lovers as my family will only be continuing to use Pet Haven for our animals. Communication is INCREDIBLE, quick responses and care during a hard timer as a pet owner. Feels like family, establishment is clean and cozy.

God Bless Pet Haven Memorial Park! Colette and Oscar~are by far two of the most incredibly compassionate souls I’ve had the privilege of crossing paths with. Their love and kindness showed towards me, I’m really not sure I could put into words. Oscar was our first point of contact when my son and I went to Pet Haven. I was still grieving over the loss of my sweet angel, Chloe that my son made the initial phone call and explained our situation. We arrived and immediately I broke down. Oscar came to me and gave me a sweet loving hug and told me he was so sorry about my angel Chloe. Oscar was so kind and compassionate! We went to where we would leave Chloe so she could be cremated. Oscar was so sweet when he explained the process to us! He placed Chloe where the cremation would take place. My son and I picked a little cedar chest box with a lock and key. Oscar again gave me such a compassionate hug and I felt my legs were going to buckle. Upon receiving a phone call from Colette, softest, sweetest and deeply kind voice, she was going to bring Chloe to me as she knew I was fighting some serious health concerns. She told me she was finishing up Chloe’s name plate and would see me in a bit. Colette arrived at my home and the first thing she said to me was she was so very, very sorry for my loss and of course I was very emotional and I asked if I could give her a hug. She gave me a gentle and loving hug. Colette and I sat down and visited for a time. She didn’t rush our visit and I shared with her some absolutely wonderful memories and pictures of my beloved Chloe. Colette understood completely what I was going through and we spoke about the grieving process. I know in my heart and soul that Colette and Oscar are “Angels Among Us!” I wholeheartedly recommend Pet Haven to anyone who is facing the cremation process. They both went above and beyond to help me and it truly doesn’t go unnoticed. Our case was a bit different, but knowing that, they still chose to take care of my sweet Soul Dog, Chloe. Colette was so wonderful to work with. She was so caring and accommodating in helping me preserve the remains of my sweet fur baby pup, Chloe. There was full transparency. We were able to see where she would be cremated and that she was the only pet in there, therefore receiving only her ashes. If knowing that you receive only the remains of your beloved is important to you like it was to me; you will want to use Pet Haven. Thank you again Colette. Colette is an angel. Our beloved ferret, Bella passed away last Saturday. We were distraught, but Colette was extremely quick with her response and we were able to bring Bella in the same day, which is amazing as it was the weekend. Prices are very fair and affordable. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time easier for us. We were able to pick up our sweet Bella not even a week later. Thank you for allowing us to always remember our sweet girl. 💖
