From the very beginning, she made what could have been an overwhelming and painful process feel calm, respectful, and truly comforting. Sandra guided me through every step with patience and compassion, answering all of my questions clearly and making sure I never felt rushed or uncertain. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding—she took care of everything seamlessly, which gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed during such a difficult time. More importantly, she brought a warmth and kindness to the process that went far beyond expectations. She listened carefully, treated my family with genuine care, and created a sense of comfort that made us feel supported every step of the way. Kelley was at the Mossrock location and Cynthia Hildebrand was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful, very caring and compassionate Person. Every funeral home should have a person like Cynthia on their Staff. Friends and family commented how wonderful Kelley looked so I thank the makeup person(s) for making it easier to say goodbye.
