We cannot say enough good things about Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center. During one of the hardest moments a pet family can face, they continue to treat us with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion. Tomorrow, We are again using them now for our tenth(10!) beloved pet family member, which speaks volumes about the trust and confidence we have in their care. Every experience we’ve had with them has been handled with respect, patience, and heartfelt understanding. They truly recognize that our pets are not “just animals,” but cherished members of our family. Knowing that Grandma will be cared for with such tenderness brings us comfort during an incredibly painful time. We are deeply grateful for the consistency, professionalism, and empathy they have shown us over the years. Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center has been there for us time and time again, and we wouldn’t entrust our beloved pets to anyone else.

I think the services were very fast and they took care of our dog. Our only complaint was the lack of compassion and empathy from other employees in the work place. When we walked through the door, the first and only thing we were greeted with was, “picking up or dropping off”. When he took our dog out of our car, he also didn’t give any chance for a final goodbye, we had to stop him walking away so we could give her a kiss one last time. The services were fast and everything was really easy and simple, i just think we could have been treated with more empathy during that situation.

The staff is very heartwarming ♥️ They were very sympathetic at our time of need and made us feel very grateful and felt reassured our Amber was in good hands. Thank you for being so compassionate.

I had my beloved Papa Bear for 14 years. I was very blessed, very fortunate to have had him, and sadly I lost him suddenly. And my heart is broken, but I know that Papa has returned to his Creator and that gives me peace. I had seen for a long time the billboard for this Memorial Center and I dreaded the day that one day I may have to use them. Several people referred me to Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center, and I called them, and from the very first interaction the staff was very compassionate, understanding, empathetic and professional. They assured me that Papa Bear would receive the best treatment and he did. When they picked up Papa from my home after he was euthanized, I was again met with compassion from the vet who performed the euthanasia to the employees who picked up my baby. I picked up Papa cremains the next day in a beautiful box, his fur clippings, his paw print and wildflowers that I will plant in his honor and memory. That day, I was met with compassion, empathy and understanding. As pet parents, we have to face the inevitable and it's very sad but loving them for life, their entire life and giving them the best, it's worth it in the end I wouldn't trade anything or any of these fourteen years with my baby for anything in the world. And I want to thank the employees at Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center for their kindness to me in my most difficult time. I highly recommend this place. If you want to ensure that you're going to receive the best treatment that your furbaby will be handled with care, then this is the place for you.

I just want to say that these people are amazing. My husband and I went in after a terrible loss of our sweet angel Zara Lynn. The staff were very supportive and heartfelt. We loved the experience our Zara was ready for pick up the following day. Thank you to these wonderful people for taking care of our baby. We are thankful 💞🐾 Definitely recommend.
