I could not have fun faster to do a review for this amazing company! My bearded dragon crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday and within 30 minutes of being home from the vet’s, they were here to pick him up. They walked me through what to expect but they went above and beyond! Erika was communicative with myself and her drivers, as well as they were with me! Because it happened on a Friday, they said to expect to have him back Tuesday but I got him back the very next morning! Not even 24 hours later! It may be because he was a small animal, I’m not sure but having him back has eased the grieving process quite a bit! Thank you all so much for the love you showed me and my Lizzy! I will forever be grateful for you and will always recommend you!

I unexpectedly lost my boy Dean yesterday and I am so thankful for Bill’s pet service & cremation. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and compassionate. Bree was amazing in helping to pick him up from our home and he was returned to me the next morning in their beautiful tree of life urn. Thank you.

Hello, want to Thank Erika we had to put Amber Down she had Lymphoma cancer we thought our Vet would use Bill's when I went to our Vet to get Amber and took her home her Urn did not have a what i call a tombstone on her Urn I called Bill's and explained come to find out our Vet did not use Bill's. Erika was so Kind and they made one and also delivered it to my house from Rockport to the Calallen area. I talked to Joe the man from Bill's he was very kind and considerate, he told me that Erika treat's all the pets with great care just like they are her Own. After an aggressive and long fight with lymphoma my bud of nine years passed around midnight. As I’m typing this I’m still at a loss for what to do, thankfully my local emergency vet told me to contact bills pet service and a lovely older lady came by within 20 minutes of my call. She was empathetic and professional, she made the process quick and ‘easy’ or as easy as losing a beloved pet can be. I can only hope he’s running around being the big love bug he’s always been wherever he is now.

We are so very pleased with the services at Bill's Pet Service & Cremation. They were so very kind to help us through the process. Our little Yorkie Mickey was given very tender care and the certificate, Terra cotta foot print, and box with his name engraved means the World to us. Thank you for helping us cope with this devastating loss of our little guy.
