I would've more than 5 star. They were very patient, compassionated, my diabetic dog (4 years diabetic)suffer seizures . insulin stop help it..for those love dog know they are like family ..and I had previous experience other hospital with cat(euthanasia). They were so cruel and cold, rushing moment nurse was very cold ..In Becker they were patently with me..they handle lot of cases like me...but they show me "compassion and patience" highly appreciated (was my best sweet dog ever🖤🖤)and recomend they services...the room were I was holding my dog last minutes was confortable, pacefull and quiet for us.and for my dog just perfect.(just like home)for the moment..Thanks to all people from "reception to Dr. injected my dog..he explained the process... Thank you. To all.

It’s taken me a long time to be able to do this but let me start with this, my baby boy chef was taken care of so well after he passed the staff made me feel embraced with kindness and compassion, my heart was shattered after my cat passed away. I looked into many funeral homes that offered pet cremation but it didn’t sit right with me to use a place my baby never went to, the VCA is our vet and it made my decision slightly easier to make. The package is affordable and a peace of mind for me knowing my baby was given the best care even after. I just want to thank the whole staff who was there with me from start to finish and never making me feel less. I’m grateful to have my baby home with me everyday. I was even placed into a special room to allow me some extra time which I’m forever grateful for. Please use them for your pets, I promise you won’t be sorry.

I'm not even sure where to begin. My cat was 17 going on 18 when I had to put him down. A very hard decision to begin with. The day shift staff was very short and kinda rude. Overnight shift staff was a complete difference in kindness and empathy. It's very pricey and it took over 3 weeks to get my boy back even though he was cremated 3 days after being put down. That just seems unnecessary. I've never had to go through this before and wish the process had been easier with more empathy from staff.

My review is based on whoever they use for cremations. My dog’s paw print didn’t even look like her original paw. I had an image of it which I got myself before dropping her off and the one I received from them didn’t look the same. Made me question them a bit, but maybe they tried to fix it or just pressed too hard to try to get it in mold. Sad thing was that there was no way to get it fixed because my little girl is already gone. Would have loved to be able to have that as memory, but doesn’t seem like it’s part of her

I came to this pet hospital on recommendation from a family member, in order to put down my old dog. The hospital itself was good, nurses and the doctor were all kind and attentive, and took good care of my old girl in her final moments. The cremation service however, was frustrating, pricey, and the quality doesn't justify the cost. Took 2 weeks to get the ashes, certificate, name tag, and paw print, but they misspelled my dog's name on every item. As i understood, it was correct in the system, according to a nurse I spoke with, but somewhere along the way someone messed up and it took 2 more weeks to get that revised. In that time, I was not getting updated unless I called in, and each time I had to re-explain the issue. I'm very frustrated with this experience especially given the price and handling of the error, and I hope no one else has to deal with this after losing their loved fur babies.
