I took my mother in law to Aria to get everything ready as she wishes. We had a wonderful experience, and walked out with the best option for our family. At the entrance, Gary was so nice and approachable! We reviewed the contract and all the details with Dustin. He was so professional and knowledgeable yet very friendly. I have so much to say and it still wouldn’t express the gratitude I have for Dustin Martin and Aria Funeral Homes. Dustin took care of my daddy from the start all the way to finish. Dustin (the gentleman who came to get my dad when he passed) was amazing. He was calm, patient, respectful, willing to listen, and it eased the loss in that moment. Then Dustin “Dusty” the Funeral Director picked up the torch with his loving heart, amazing stories, and decisive detail while we made arrangements. I felt comfortable being honest and selective and asking questions. The gentleman who designed the floral arrangement was a master at his craft and my dad’s burial was peaceful and well planned. Dusty was with us every step of the way, ensuring no detail was missed. He went above and beyond. He listens to the hearts of the families. He really cares as if it were his family being laid to rest. I would never recommend any one else to handle your loved ones burial service. Dusty and the team of Aria are A-1 and I know my dad is well pleased that he was taken care of for his family as well as he was. Thank you Dusty and team because what you gave to our family was priceless and we love you all for that!

I can't really put into words how Dusty and Gary made my experience so comforting! I lost my son in June while he was in Virginia. They worked with another funeral home and worked out all the arrangements with his Dad and myself. They took reins of this untimely and painful experience as a parent. I plan to use them for myself as well. I am beyond relief that my son's Dad spoke to them, because the other funeral home I was talking to was so opposite! The service was so beautiful and the pastor they recommended he was warm and so easy to speak to. I absolutely love them and the comforting way they approach this delicate situation and their beautiful suggestions. Thank you again Dusty and Gary.

Wonderful experienced from compassionate professionals. I lost my sister suddenly and had no idea what I was doing. Aria took an incredible amount of weight off my shoulders; they were great through the whole process. Very kind and kept me up to date with everything.

We have brought all of our loved ones who have passed here for many years, but never has anyone been so kind, supportive, and helpful as Dusty & Gary. Dusty has helped me through the entire process of taking care of my dad’s remains respectfully. What puts them over the top for me, and what ultimately woke me up this morning to write this review was their kindness to my daughter. She went with my mom to pick up his ashes (dressed as a pirate???) and apparently talked to Dusty and Gary as if they were close friends. They were so sweet to her, which means a lot to me as she has had a very hard time speaking to anyone about the death of her Papa. They gave her vials to keep some of his ashes in and Dusty even showed her some he keeps with him also. It’s a hard decision to make to choose a place to take care of your loved ones when they pass, but sincerely, you will not be more supported anywhere else. These gentlemen are angels on earth.
