I called today (Sunday) to bury my furbaby bc she passed last night and I am honestly so thankful that they were able to take her in and bury her that same day. The man who buried and placed her in the casket was very gentle with her which honestly meant a lot to me.
It turned out to be a fortuitous experience finding Mr. Platt. I can't overstate how great he is. He also took me on short notice very promptly, even that Sunday is his day off. Very kind, genuine, warm person. He and someone working for him each drove from very far to both pick up my cat and to return her. I was very happy with the pretty wooden box with the lock on it and the card too. I wasn't dressed very well when he brought her back to me, so I was brief and regretted not spending more time on my thank yous. He's just wonderful, and is remarkable in his business.
Not easy to write a review after having your pet aka fur baby be cremated, but this place deserves the write up and my time. Hale's were very polite, took me in on a very short notice. Very affordable and very professional. I got the ashes back in a nice wooden lock box with a nice card from Hale's very quickly. This place will definitely take care of your loved pet without any hassle in a timely manner which will help speed up the grieving process.
Terrible experience especially after just losing you fur baby... Took a month from drop off to when they finally call to pick-up after mentioning a week or 2 initially... Wasn't too worried as I wasn't sure how I would feel when picking remains up.. So they finally call, i missed the call but they left me a vm ready for pickup, I call the following day to setup a time for pickup.. I get to the place and they had me waiting outside in the hot sun for 5 mins, a lady comes out and tells me "we found "pet name" but cant find the box" as she goes back inside... another 5 mins later an older gentleman comes out with a box and proceeds to tell me "but I cant find the certificate" At this point I flip... I thought you said ready for pick-up? And storm off. Yelling call me when everything is ready for pickup and he replys it's right here holding box but not certificate... If I had to do all over again, I should've paid attention to the red flags from the initial call..
⚠️Warning worsted place to go to⚠️ Not a respectful person at all specially when you're struggling Had me waiting for the longest had a guy named juan told me it will take couple days to cremate my pet had me waiting for the longest. Never trust this place with a pet that you love A pet that you would do anything at all to protect them Who knows what goes on behind does doors Utter disappointed / in my experience My fault No No No No No✝️✝️✝️ Please close down this place it's a house, not a business mistake number one. FKME FRFR Extremely sorry for my pet that I had to bring here HATE IT ----PLEASE LOOK ELESWHERE ---- No need to know the owners feedback. I've spoken my truth. Much love for does that are going through the same emotions as I had. Not sure why I wasn't respected the same just made a fool of me
