Unfortunately our sweet senior boxers Minnie and Lucy passed away exactly 2 months apart. We came across Heavenly Bridge through an in home service we used when we had to put Minnie to sleep (CodaPet — highly recommend as well!) and we were so incredibly grateful for how amazing heavenly bridge was. Fast forward 2 months when Lucy passed away… we immediately contacted heavenly bridge to take care of her as well. Their care, support, and ease of service was beyond what we could’ve hoped for. PRs Heavenly Bridge took such amazing care of our sweet fur baby Miss Kitty. They kept us informed every step of the way and their prices were very reasonable. This place is amazing. I have used them for 2 of my family pets and I will continue to use them. I have referred family members to this place for their family pets as well. The prices are reasonable and you get you fur baby back if desired. So many options to make sure your furbaby is cared for in a proper way as well as remembered. They make you feel welcomed the minute you walk through their door and also give you time to mourn your pet before saying that last goodbye.
PRs Heavenly Bridge was an absolute blessing during one of the hardest moments our family has faced. We unexpectedly lost our very precious 12-year-old cat Kaia, who we had raised since she was just five weeks old. She passed at my daughter’s home, and we truly did not know what to do next. I called PRs Heavenly Bridge late and spoke with Lorenzo, who was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. From the very first phone call, he helped me calmly figure everything out and reassured me when I was overwhelmed. Within an hour, another gentleman arrived at my daughter’s home and treated our sweet girl with the utmost dignity and care. They placed her gently on a small stretcher, and the way they handled her little body was so respectful and tender. That was my biggest concern, and they exceeded every expectation. They took care of everything for us and made an unbearable situation feel manageable. When your pets are truly family, you need people who understand that. PRs Heavenly Bridge does. In a moment of crisis, they had it all figured out. Just call them, and they will take care of everything with kindness, professionalism, and heart. I cannot recommend them enough.
