Peaceful Pets DFW

We came to the decision that It was time for our 16yo Aussie, Max to cross over the rainbow bridge. His dementia and weight loss from a brief bout of pancreatitis last year had taken a toll on our sweet boy. From our first interaction with the office staff to our in home visit with Dr Davis. I have no words. The kindness, compassion and patience were incredible. It was one of the biggest family decisions we have ever made, thank you all for so lovingly sending him off. The paw print, fur and keepsakes with his urn/ashes were so precious and gave us great comfort. You all truly were heaven sent.

We had the most generous of things happen and in all my life I have never been treated so nicely by caring people who do have hearts and make sure the pet you bring them will have a gentle rest. They took wonderful care of my son’s rooster “taco” they gave him a beautiful wooden box with his name on it and his foot print was perfect. Our family were very grateful and happy how everything turned out. They are an amazing place. I will always remember and recommend this to anyone needing to send a pet off gently.

Saying goodbye to our fur baby was incredibly difficult, but Peaceful Pets took care of everything with kindness and respect. They were compassionate and supportive throughout the entire process, making a heartbreaking situation a little easier to manage. They handled all arrangements seamlessly and even delivered the urn to our home. We are truly grateful for their care and professionalism during such a difficult time.

DISCLAIMER: It's been a little over a year since I used Peaceful Pets. I needed to wait before going back to this time period in my life... I'm giving my 5 stars to Dallas Veterinary Hospice. Highly recommended. They did the most important work. I was introduced to them through Peaceful Pets. I selected Peaceful Pets for their range of services offered and app tracking. However they outsource a lot of those services. They did my baby's cremation and provided some memory items. I wish they offered autopsy services as well. Unfortunately the app tracking was non-existent for me. I had to call them after a couple days to pick him up. Do not even bother with their free delivery. They scheduled it for weeks out. Their outsourced obituary website is buggy. You can only see someone's post after another post is made. They are definitely over priced but at the time I did not care.

Peacful Pets has been absolutely incredible. They really went above and beyond for caring for my sweet boy. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable in trusting them. It is obvious that they truly care about what they do. While it was hard to lose him, I honestly felt the compassion they have. I am so grateful for all they do.
