My experience with Cremation.Green was overall very positive. I found that they were available when I called and helpful in addressing questions. And, most importantly, they were respectful. After my loved one passed, I called them because I had a concern with something that had been done that I had not been informed about, but they immediately handled the issue to my satisfaction.

Green Cremations reach out with an apology and a price reduction. Much appreciated…am glad they can acknowledge issues and work with their customers. Trust is everything! All the paperwork was done, but I needed a different credit card to pay. I applied and received one. I called several times to let them know the new card had arrived to no response or to be told they were busy. When I finally received a call, I was told the final cost was now $200 more. I took my business elsewhere. Would give no stars if possible. Buyer beware.

My initial contact was with AI- then after several calls I got a live person and was told I would get a link- everything was completed without humans. When I arrived to the location to pick up remains, someone jumped out from behind a car and asked if I was there for pick up. Picking up my husbands remains in a parking lot was neither expected or dignified- definitely would not recommend unless you are the grinch or unable to afford more

I lost my beloved brother, but thankfully I found a cremation facility that truly cared. After a horrible experience with another facility that gave me and the judge the runaround, I was relieved to discover Cremation Green. They were incredibly polite, attentive, and supportive, taking the time to guide me through the process and help me understand the necessary forms. Their prices were significantly lower than the other facility, and I felt blessed to have found them during such a difficult time.bi highly recommend them to anyone.

I wish, if I can, no one ever needs to do business with funeral home. But it's not possible, because death, is part of the circle of life. My dear husband unexpected passed away, I was in a state of shock, anger, sorrow, and every emotion you can imagine, I have to make funeral service arrangement. We were thinking, I would be the first one to go due to my health challenges and he would take care of everything after I am gone, not the other way around. Funeral home, is an interesting business to do business, in my search, Cremation.Green, shows me the human kindness is possible, thoughtfulness, friendly support & understanding what I am going through. Allow me to grieve while making this painful arrangement. I was given the space & support I didn't know I could receive by working with them. Joseph is so wonderful, so kind, I can not thank him enough for everything he has done for me and my family. On the day of the service, he quietly supported us, even when I messed up the date of receiving my husband's ash, he told me, "I got you, I will meet you tomorrow." , I did not expect that but I am eternally grateful for the act of kindness. Every business, needs make its living, to support & compensate its employees accordingly. Cremation.Green is very reasonable, no big sticker shock like some other big name funeral home ( almost sent me to heart attack ) , and I appreciate very much for the support, the kindness they offer me throughout the process.
