I cannot express the absolute deep gratitude from my heart from Miss Caitlin and Mrs Madison these two women were my absolute Rock when my mom passed away on August 8th she passed away so suddenly while I was feeding her to have to go through this alone is the worst feeling in the world when it's your mother I lost the son in 2001 on Mother's Day. My mom handled everything to have to plan everything and figure everything out by myself was extremely overwhelming frustrating and being able to grieve at the same time I didn't know if I was coming or going when I tell you this place is absolutely the best place I have ever been to it's the only Crematory I've ever been to but it will be the only one I ever go to I will most definitely be buying a pre-package Crematory deal with them or whatever you call it I never want my kids to have to go through what I went through but in the end they made me feel like family they made me laugh they allowed me to cry with no questions ask this is not only cremation place it is a family-owned business which makes it even better to give a review it really has to make an impact on me for me to give five stars this place deserves way more than five stars but it only allows me to give five stars if I could give them a million I would I would highly and honorably recommend this establishment because of the way they treated me and my children and the way they made my mom look so beautiful she looked normal she suffered from dementia and Alzheimer's she had several heart problems that we didn't even know about she was extremely underweight when we saw her she looked like the mother I knew they made her look gorgeous and I'm sorry I'm not one to say that a person that's passed on looks gorgeous but my mother looked absolutely gorgeous she looked like Mom again it sucks having to say that after she's passed that she looked good again but they did make her look gorgeous if you're looking for an honest and caring place on a budget these are your people having to plan and grieve at the same time is stressful enough let them take some of the stress from you and trust me you can give all your trust to them they will most definitely give you their 100% best thank you Miss Caitlin and Madison I appreciate all that you did for me and my family I can't even express my absolute gratitude for y'all

I called the Cremation Company when my daughter passed away. I spoke with Caitlin on the phone and she was very kind and compassionate. When my grandson and I went into the office to complete all of the details, Caitlin again was very kind and compassionate. They answer all of your questions and they are not in any way shape or form trying to get you to spend money you don’t need to spend. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need for fast, courteous and professional services at reasonable price. Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need!! We simply cannot put into words our gratitude for being told about The Cremation Company. An employee from the hospital suggested we review this company in our search for help with the very difficult situation when our mother passed away. Ray was our main point of contact and he was everything you’d want and need during this process. Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and by far the most cost effective, helpful with every step (including those outside of his job). They became our light of hope during the dark times. Can not say enough good things about this place. As you know in this situation your not quite thinking clearly. I had discussed and planned to have cremation done but never really planned it. When the time came I had no idea what to do. Thankfully the Hospice lady that worked with us was nice enough to let us know they were an option. At this point I would have agreed to anything at any cost. I think they could charge a lot more for their services but they don't. The staff is kind, caring and compassionate. They wont try and push you into anything you don't need. Be sure and check out the downloadable forms on their website too.

My mother passed away in Tennessee. I live in NY so I had called around to almost 10 different places before I found the Cremation Company. I was corresponding with Caitlin who was very sweet, comforting, patient, and understanding. She helped me with everything! I had no idea what I was doing because I have never had to deal with anything like this before. She made it simple and clarified all questions I had. As many people know, times are tough financially for a lot of us. The Cremation Company was so much more affordable than all of the other places I had called, and like I mentioned, I spoke to almost 10 places. They even allowed me to buy keepsakes from other places and have them sent to them so that I was able to save even more money. They did a fantastic job and made this heart wrenching process as easy as it could be. I am very thankful to Caitlin and the Cremation Company for their time and dedication. It truly meant so much to me and if you are looking for a cremation company I highly suggest you give them a try.
