Wonderful job on service and allowing family to plan as accordingly. But I wish to see more of informing the family when it was time to leave for the cemetery and where to go. An announcement from staff would have allowed the family time to get to cars and prepare for departure. It appeared to be rushed during our time of grief. Thank you

Terrell Broady is a family owned business that really treats you like family as well. Planning a funeral is such a challenging and exhausting experience but Terrell Broady really streamlines the process with all services in house (floral, obituaries, etc.) We are thankful for them!

Terrell did a wonderful job with my brother Ronnie his service was beautiful. He looked so handsome and he really worked with us.

So..I put a review up here last week and it was removed lol. Again...If I could give this funeral home a -5 stars, I would. So this was the most unprofessional experience of my life dealing with anything. The obituaries was completely destroyed. They had my brothers pic looking like a cartoon character, so much stuff was missing from the obituary. The rudeness and disrespect my family had to deal with is mind boggling. We wanted to make sure my brother looked good and they didn't groom him at all after I told them I would do it myself and they insisted that they would do it. He had lint all over his clothes, his facial hair wasnt trimmed like we asked, again after I said I would do it. The lady that does the obituaries was very unprofessional and rude. They prey on people during mourning and do whatever they want to do after they receive payments. I would rather be buried in my backyard rather than let them do services for me and my family ever again. They consistently lied about everything. They even let my brothers killer come and see him after we insisted them not to. She was allowed to come before the funeral. That's just wrong on so many levels and very disrespectful to our family, his children and friends. Please please please go some where else and don't let them do any services for your family members. Run Run Run!!!!!!!!! We ordered 7 blankets with his pictures on it and we were told they would ready the next day only for us only get one blanket then told us the insurance has been closed and it would cost us $180 a piece to order some. They are money hungry people preying on people to get money. Also.....I will continue to post messages everytime they take them down to warn others. I will check this everyday.

My ONLY complaint is I was charged and kinda talked into getting three death certificates when I only needed one. Also the miscommunication on the bill. But let me say Terrell is so friendly and made a very hard process seem so easy. They even surprised me with a beautiful framed picture and gorgeous family Bible!! I gave 4 stars only because of the extra $30 charge on death certificates I didn’t need in the long run. But other than that I highly suggest them!!!!!! Just pay attention to the charges. Know what you need and what you don’t when going in.
