Pet Angel Memorial Center

Pet Angel Memorial Center provided compassionate, prompt, and respectful care during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. We said goodbye to our beautiful pup, Dantonio, after 9½ incredible years together. With the support of our vet and the wonderful team at Belle Forest, Pet Angel helped us find the closure we so deeply needed. The beautifully crafted urn and paw print we received are meaningful keepsakes that honor his memory. We are truly grateful to everyone who supported us with such kindness and care during this heartbreaking time. Thank you.

This place has real heart. Our dog passed away recently, they called us when they received him amd verified all info, helped to schedule a delivery for today, the gentleman called 2 hours before delivery and was so kind. He was just an all around really compassionate person. The package was beautifully arranged with a velvet blue bag holding a cedar box with the ashes and a blue gift box holding the clay paw print. Great communication, kind people, a beautiful presentation; it doesn't get better than that.

GRATITUDE to this service for its extraordinary service. This Sunday my wife and I had to make the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize our 7-year-old baby Beauty. The staff were exceptionally thoughtful, patient, and understanding, providing us with the time and compassion we needed. We will forever appreciate their kindness and the service they provided in just 48 hours, our Beauty was back home with us. God bless you all !!

Our pet was euthanized on Monday. Pet Angel was supposed to get him Tuesday and contact us. This never happened. When we called we were told they picked him up yesterday on two separate days. We were told “it would be packed up”. It, our baby was not an it! We still don’t know the status of our baby. The girl on the phone refused to give her name. We just want our baby back!

What a wonderful and compassionate company. They took such great care of my cat who died very suddenly and were so supportive and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed - including space to talk - when they released the ashes back to me. Jeff especially was a joy to speak to on the phone and the nice lady in the office was so kind and helpful. I love the box and beautiful satchel they put my cat’s ashes in. I would absolutely trust them to care for any of my pet’s needs when that day comes
