If I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and I set up accounts with Neptune Society about five years ago, and when my husband passed away in early October of this year, I didn’t remember exactly what I should expect. But I can honestly tell you that from the time they picked my husband up at our home until the time his remains were returned to me, I have never been treated with any more kindness and respect. All the staff was wonderful, in particular the funeral director, Mr. James Padgett. He walked me through step-by-step of everything I needed to do, and even helped me with writing the obituary, He also crafted one of the most beautiful funeral cards that I have ever seen. In my opinion, if you want cremation, you cannot go wrong by choosing Neptune Society!

Great company- The rep meet with us twice on the phone and addressed all of our concerns and needs. The final visit was in person and the paperwork was easy to complete. Our rep walked us thru every step and was very personal and professional. We feel very prepared for the future. I recommend everyone do some preplanning. I had a brother pass away earlier his year and was surprised that he had not prepared. The cost was almost unbelievable for a standard funeral and interment. This is a very good alternative to the "standard".

The Neptune Society delivered a service that was both professional and compassionate—giving me the confidence and peace of mind that I had made the right decision.

The people at Neptune Society were so incredibly helpful to us during a very difficult time. Opie always initiated communication before we even realized what questions we had and explained everything thoroughly and patiently - even when we needed to hear things multiple times because during these times it's hard to take it all in and process information.
