Heartbroken doesn’t begin to cover how painful losing my special, beautiful boy Robin has been. Nashville Pet Crematory has made honoring my baby’s memory as easy as such a tragic loss could be. They met me the day I called to perform the cremation and returned my Robin’s ashes to me the same day as well. They were kind, professional, and deeply empathic. The owner expressed to us her passion for providing owners and their beloved pets with the closure and dignity they deserve based on her own loss and grief of a cherish pet. I cannot recommend any pet crematory more than this one. They are good people who will take care of you and your baby on the hardest day.

I lost my Jada a month ago and Leia was the best! Her and her team were very professional, compassionate, and caring. They took great care of her and had her remains back within a day! I highly recommend Pet Cremation! They exceed your expectations!

1 day ago We called and spoke with Mitchell who was very nice, supportive, and compassionate. He told us to call when ready to bring our pet. We called and spoke with Leila owner and set a time. It was a real pleasure to meet her as she was very sweet, informative, and accommodating. We left our beloved pet and will pick him up on Monday. She has a nice comfortable office. She was very kind and compassionate and it was obvious she was a true pet lover. We felt so blessed to leave our pet with her. We picked up Noah and Leia had 2 paw prints and gave me a beautiful wooden box. Leia is so genuine and compassionate. You won’t be disappointed.

We lost our buddy Brody pretty quickly and unexpectedly. We were completely heartbroken and weren't entirely sure what to do. But we are extremely grateful we had James there to help us through it and offer encouraging words on the phone and in person to help us through it. The services provided were respectfully done, affordable and swift, and now we have our buddy's urn, pawprint and fur displayed beautifully in memoriam on our mantle. We will be forever grateful to nashville pet crematory for helping us through this tough time, and would recommend them to anyone who has to go through this troubling experience.

Professional and compassionate. This was my first experience losing a pet and Nashville Pet Crematory was amazing. My boy, Toby passed on a Saturday night and James met me there Sunday so I could drop him off. If they aren’t there to answer the phone, they get back to you quickly. I felt safe leaving my baby in their hands. I really appreciate the care in a very difficult time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
