From the first conversation to the completion of the cremation process, the team at Nashville Funeral and Cremation was compassionate, respectful, and attentive to every detail. They were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They even verified my husband's tattoos to ease my worry about whether they actually had him and not someone else. The process was explained to me about how they ensure the family gets the right ashes(a worry of mine). I do recommend having your loved ones taken care of by them. Scott was the best and Randi is super sweet. They made this tough time easier.

Scott and his team at NFC were comforting and supportive. Although we were expecting our mother to pass, we were not expecting it within a week. We had planned on the cremation and her service but had not contacted any funeral home at the time of her death. From the initial phone call of our mother's passing in the middle the night, the two that came for her, and the first call the next morning we were offered kindness and ease. I don't know what I expected, but honestly when they called that next morning I said, "I guess you need payment!" No, they were checking on me! They did get some important information they needed, and looking back am glad they were not asking me all of that at 2am! The information, her obituary, to the delivery of her ashes, the entire experience went very smoothly. I'm not sure if Scott would want me to tell this, but he met me after hours, outside of Nashville, so I would not have to make 2 trips in as my daughters flight was later in the evening after they were closed. Thank you Scott! That meant a lot to me!

We do not live in Nashville, and when my husband passed away at Vanderbilt Hospital, I felt completely overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. Scott took the time to walk me through every step, explained everything clearly, and handled all of the arrangements with professionalism and compassion. Knowing that everything was being taken care of lifted such a heavy burden off my shoulders.
