We could not say enough about Faithful Companion. All the employees were so sweet and understanding. They treated us and our dog that passed with the utmost care, love and respect. Also - If you need this service, I am sorry for your loss - I know how hard it can be.

This was our very first time going through this, we really didn’t know what to expect and we were definitely extremely satisfied. I called in on the day that my sweet girl Luna passed to ask questions, you know with that knot in your throat, and Foster’s voice was so calm and gentle. He really showed care and compassion for our loss. He accomodate for us the private ceremony that we were looking for on the next day. Zack met us at the doors that morning with the best professional, friendly, compassionate smile. No rushing at all, he treated us and our Luna respectfully and politely throughout the all process giving us as much time we needed for our last goodbye to our “faithful companion“ Luna. He came and checked on us updating about progress and time frames very often making sure we were ok or needing of anything. I didn’t get to catch the name of the other person at the front desk that morning but he also was very nice wanted to know about our girl. I highly recommend this business if you’re looking to show love, gratitude, respect, and honor to that loyal soul of yours. Faithful Companion will give you the best peaceful experience. This place was great when we lost our Slate unexpectedly. From the time we called them to the time we picked our boy up. They took their time with us as we were so heartbroken. If the need should arise again we will definitely use Faithful Companion again.

Every person through this process has been so authentic. From the in home vet, Dr. Thompson, who arranged everything through Faithful Companion for me to the person on the phone to the delivery driver who brought my girl back home. Her paw prints are so cute and the box with her ashes is very pretty. Every apology has felt very genuine, and I could see it on the delivery driver's face that he was truly sorry for my loss. That human kindness is so important in this process. The grief journal included was such a cool touch I wasn't expecting. They truly care for the health of their customers.
