Dixie Memorial always does a wonderful job. They are quick to pick up and quick to deliver your baby’s remains back. I’ve dealt with them on both a personal and professional level. I work for a local veterinary clinic and our clients are always pleased with Dixie. But recently I needed their services for my own baby. Rating this sanctuary with stars is an inadequate way to view an experience here. At a time of such sorrow you feel a sense of comfort as soon as you drive in. The staff are kind and compassionate, it's like you're welcomed into a home. It's so peaceful and beautiful. It's laid out like a garden, ponds, statues, places to set and reflect and flowers growing throughout. The service is impeccable. Walk the grounds and you see the names, ages and things that tell you about their lives. It's so full of love that you will know you've done the right thing.
As a local Veterinarian for over 18 years I cannot recommend Dixie Memorial enough. Barbara and her team go above and beyond not only for the Veterinary community but for our clients and their precious pets. Just want to Shout Out Dixie Memorial Pet Gardens for taking such precious care of Rex. His viewing today was beyond incredible. More than i could have asked for. They gave us a true opportunity to say goodbye with dignity. They took such sweet care of him for us. From the moment i called them Sunday to today everyone has been amazing. He was wrapped in a blanket like a perfect angel. I am beyond grateful for their kindness and compassion during such a difficult time.
