Earlier this year I lost my husband of 25 years. From my very first phone call I was treated with compassion and respect. Mariam made me feel like I was her only client. She went above and beyond to get everything done for me. I had several issues that came up outside of her control and she got all of them resolved for me. I'm sure had it been anyone else they wouldn't have gone that extra mile. I honestly don't think I would have made it through all of this without her. She genuinely cares for the families she assists in their time of need. She truly is very kind hearted person and knows her job very well. I feel her company is very blessed to have her and the blessing I needed to make it through the worst time of my life. Thank you Mariam from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me. I have worked with the company twice on separate deaths of loved ones. I have found them to be of the utmost trustworthy company. I worked with Jason and Miriam. The hours they both spent going over the process, details, and planning. They weren’t just paper-pushers. They cared about me and my family and the bereavement process. It takes a very gifted person to work in their positions. I couldn’t have made it through my brother’s death without Miriam’s help. She definitely earns her jewels in her crown she will receive one day. My family and I were very blessed to have her on earth. It is true that the company is an online service and actually cuts the cost when the price for funerals are more than some can bare. I’m very thankful that they help cut out all the profiteering from the loss of our dear loved ones. They don’t pick your pockets for exuberant expenses as some funeral homes in towns where one may feel they have no other choice. That doesn’t mean their customer service is lacking, far from it. The people that work here are so nice, helpful and very understanding. They took care of my mother-in-law and they even dropped her off at the house instead of us picking her ashes up at a funeral home. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of service.
