Everyone I spoke with was absolutely amazing. But I have to really brag on Meegan. The day I picked my dad's ashes up and his veterans flag Meegan stayed late because my work truck had broke down. I felt awful but she reassured me that it was ok, and that she wasn't upset at all. She was very sweet about the whole situation and I'm grateful for that. Very please with everyone there.

Ms.Madison was delightful. I lost my mom suddenly from cancer and was super stressed out because I didn't see the insurance companies name on the cost breakdown in my paperwork. She calmly helped me find the information with a sunny demeanor and assured me my worries were not unheard. It has been so hard during this time and it means the world to be helped by a kind spirit instead of someone who hates their job. My father passed away 27 June 2024 at the Lebanon Community Hospital in Tennessee a great facility. He was in hospice program at the time of his death, the hospice team that assisted myself and my brothers recommend a few local Crematorium's. We spoke with all of the local cremation facilities and decided to go with TriStar Cremation. We arrived at their facility and were met by Scott Keene. He greeted myself and my brothers and then sat us down in their conference room. I asked Scott if he could explain the process and services that they would provide to care for my father at the time of his death. This was all new to us. Scott was very kind and walked us through pricing of services provided by them (which were very reasonable) and the sequences of event that would follow once my father passed away. We asked many questions and Scott answered all of them very compassionately. Scott now walked us through the Cremation Contract and the information that would be placed on my father's Death Certificate. We also made arrangements with Scott to have my father's ashes and death Certificate shipped to my home address in Hephzibah Georgia. Scott Keene and TriStar Cremation helped us through a very difficult and sad time in our lives. My brothers and I would recommend TriStar Cremation!
