Billy and Michael were absolutely wonderful with me when it came to much daughter. They answered every question I had and didn't make me feel bad for calling to check on my daughter even knowing she was gone. They made sure I was informed of every step they were at in the process of her cremation. Where quick to call if there was a delay and they already had been on top of that so I got full I formation. When I picked up my daughter everyone in the office was wonderful and when I broke down in front of thier office on my way out thier wonderful office staff came straight out to hug me make sure I was OK and helped make sure I got back to my car. No, parent should have to bury thier child, espically a just turned 20 year old and compassion funeral home was exactly that compassionate, reassuring, and made sure my daughter was well takin care of until I had her back in my possession. My family & I used Compassion Funeral & Cremations in November 2024 for my dad's arrangements, & again this week in May 2025 for my aunt. I can not give enough praise to their OUTSTANDING team. It had barely been 6 months since my daddy passed, when my aunt suddenly also passed away. This left my grandmother absolutely devastated. Throughout this whole journey of grief & heartbreak Mr. Orange, Mr. Michael, Mrs. Gloria, Mrs. Lisa & Mr. Dante were attentive to my families needs & desires. The communication was on point. They were very kind & professional & just like they did in November for my daddy, again they went ABOVE & BEYOND to show their support for my family & our lost loved ones. My dad & aunts obit flyers were crafted super nice, the flower arrangements were gorgeous. Planning a funeral for our 5 month old baby was never something we thought we would be doing, however we received a terminal diagnosis when he was around 3 months old and were discharged from the hospital on hospice. I called Compassion Funeral & Cremation Services after they were recommended to us by our hospice agency. I cried through my inquiry call and the team was incredibly empathetic and kind. They helped us through the entire process and went absolutely above and beyond when our son passed away. I am so thankful they were able to make this unimaginable time less stressful.
