experience is awful. "Charles" was going to bring my loved one to my mother but did not like he said he was. My mother is disabled and cant drive so he offered this for her. I'm only writing this review because they blew us off in 2019 when my grandfather passed away. they say they are going to do stuff but don't proceeded. DON'T TELL SOMEONE YOUR GOING TO DO SOMETHING AND NOT DO IT. ESPECIALLY BRINGING YOUR LOVED ONE HOME.

Disrespectful, no compassion, no empathy, rude and might as well be hateful. When a life is lost why is it that they proceeded to tell me what they do not do vs what they will do. The tone in the owners voice was very cold and vicious. I did not enjoy the experience with the company at all. I advise all persons to look elsewhere and seek better options. Terrible business.

Decided to use this company after delivering my still born baby. Owner was nice and professional over phone. But once I signed over to have his company pick up my baby they waited 2 extra days to pick him up then, once they received his body I had to call and check in . Once I was released I had an appointment I went in and the owner had no compassion nor showed empathy! He was rude he put a sheet in my face full of services he provided but when I chose a funeral service he says! I don’t offer those for still borns I asked about an urn he says I don’t offer those for still borns so what do you offer just to cremate them and give them back in a plastic container that looks like a garbage can. Loosing a child is never easy and you will think that people will just care about money. I paid him for the cremation Tuesday and I didn’t get a call to come pick him up til Friday evening, after I was told Tuesday he will try to have him ready for pick up earlier it’s like he didn’t care about his customer it was all for the money and it hurt .
