Simple Cremation Solutions

I had nothing but the best care that can be done for my loved one. I would say definitely use this place. They only took a little over 2 weeks. I recieved my husband's remains today and they were handled with great services. I would say if you have to use someone Simple Cremation would be the way to go. Thank you for your lovely service.

My mom passed away a month ago, but before that we decided upon SCS to handle her cremation. They were quick, efficient, and were there to answer any and all questions throughout the process. Highly recommend them if you don’t need any special stuff for your loved one’s handling postmortem. I want to extend my thanks to the gentleman who came to retrieve my mother’s body, and Jennifer was wonderful with being able to answer any questions and assist with paperwork.

Hours to pick up your loved ones ashes are not clearly posted anywhere. Says open 24 hours and I’m assuming that’s for other services. When trying to pick my mom up, I had arrived 15 minutes after closing, which is fine. However, while in the parking lot I got a call from Simple Cremations and instead of being sympathetic to losing my mom just 24 hours beforehand, I was told “the hours were specifically emailed”. However, my kind SIL set everything up so my family could grieve. My SIL received the emails and I let Simple Cremations know I did not get the email. Also, my SIL did not have any of hours listed in her emails either. I had to email to ask what times I could come pick up my mom’s ashes. No sympathy anywhere from anyone except the young man who picked my mom up from Hospice care. He was kind and gentle. So thank you to that young man. Hours to pick up your loved ones ashes are 8:30am to 4pm, M-F. And the hours on the business door was slightly different too.

Best Cremation service around! My Father-in-Law wanted his cremation as cheaply and affordable as possible and this is the company we went with. They were also very communicative with us and answered all our questions, even when we had a hiccup in the paperwork. They still took the time to explain to us everything and got back with us in a timely manner. Thanks! Will use this service again in the future.

Compassionate & caring, answered all my questions no matter how trivial, even when we had problems were very understanding and patient. Throughout this trying time they were professional while being caring & thoughtful and were a true pleasure to work with! Will definitely be recommending to all our friends & family whenever the need arises for their services!
