My son and I are very pleased with their professionalism and service. Due to some delay, our dog’s ashes weren’t sent to Memphis veterinary hospital on time but we had promised to bring her home on New Year’s Eve. Cole from pet angel offered to meet us at Jackson, TN for us to pick up our dog’s ashes. Thank you so much Cole and Pet Angel for their awesome service. The wooden urn was packed beautifully in a velvet bag and then in a blue paper bag and everything has our dog’s name and bar code to ensure that we get the right furry baby. Rufus and Rachel Lee

We've used this service multiple times and have always received excellent customer service. Recently, our dog, Callie, passed away. When the driver who was scheduled to return her cremains to us was unable to do so, another employee volunteered to return her to us on his way home from work. Nick went out of his way to ensure our girl was returned to us that day and we appreciate it more than words can say.

After loosing my very large 10 month old 95 lb puppy, I called several places to check pricing and this was by far the best service I spoke to. I live 50 miles from Memphis where they are based and they still came to my home to pick up my sweet boy, and brought his remains back to me after. I cannot brag on this service enough and I am a customer for life. All of the employees were so respectful and I appreciate them so much. Even the transport drivers were amazing. Both were so kind with how they handled both my family and my sweet boy. I will always use this service moving forward. RIP to my sweet Rooster

I wasn’t going to leave a review I chose to email the company instead but their customer service center just didn’t respond. I lost my cat last month and the emergency vet used this company to cremate him and I paid the extra $30 to get a paw print made and when I got him back with his print the print was so messy and horrible. I was so disappointed. It breaks my heart to even look at. I emailed the company just to make them aware of what products they were sending to grieving pet owners and no one even responded. I wasn’t even asking for money back to anything because obviously what’s done is done but you should at least quality control the paw prints before you finalize them. It’s not like the pet is fighting you while you’re making them. So very disappointing. Gave two stars because at least the urn is nice and the card is too.

I reached out to Pet Angel to get a cremation certificate for our dog. Not only did they promptly email it to me, they also took the initiative to drop a formal copy of the certificate off at our house. We did not ask for this but it was such a sweet gesture. It’s the little things like this that make you feel the extra love and support when a pet passes. Truly appreciated!
