Open Arms Pet Cremation - Rapid City

After putting my 16 1/2 year old English Springer, Laura, to sleep, I trusted Open Arms with her cremation. I chose them after talking to Chad because he really made me feel like she would be in very caring hands. I definitely made the right choice! From the time he picked Laura up, until the time he brought her back, I knew they treated her with care. When I got her back today, I actually smiled for the first time in days! I really do feel like she is still with me because of them! If I can feel this way after losing Laura, it means they are pretty special! Six stars out if five and I absolutely recommend them 100%. Thank you for bringing Laura home!

Chad was so incredibly helpful through everything. We had to put our family bestie/German shepherd to sleep after 12 great years. Chad answered all of my emails so timely (there was no way I could carry on phone conversation through my tears, and I feel that he understood that). He took such great care of him. I am confident that his remains were kept separate because our cat (who has never laid like this before) won't leave our deceased pet's remains. I never want to go through this again, but we do have more pets, and death is unavoidable. I would absolutely go through them again.

I just lost my best friend. I have never connected with a cat so well and he died 1yr old for unknown reasons. I had never cremated an animal before so I called open arms. The gentleman whom I talked to was warm and considerate, he even came and picked up my friend and brought him back home. The paw print he usually makes on a heart, he put on a star just because he saw my tags on my car. I about cried that was so thoughtful. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Chad
