I can't say enough about the service at Memorial Pet Passages. So respectful and understanding. Open 24 hrs. Treated my pet like she was part of their family. Unlike the vet office tech who said they weren't open until Monday & suggested if my dog passes away over the weekend, I should just put her in a TRASH BAG IN THE FREEZER, then drop her off at their office Monday morning so they could send her off with all the other frozen pets. She said I would get a cement paw print of my dog & all of these "goodies" included with the cremation. No thanks. Our pets aren't trash; I'd rather know my pet's remains were cared for & treated with dignity than leave my pet in a trash bag to get a cement paw print.
