All City Pet Care East

The 16th will be a year since I lost my buddy, my PSA service animal, The Human Dog, Bond! After months and months, this past August I was able to not just drive to the office but finally get out of my vehicle and go inside and thank Dr. Charity and her incredible staff! Although she only cared for Sir Bond for his last years, I can say with confidence that it was his best care!!! The pain in Dr. Charity’s eyes when we decided it was time to be loving and not selfish and let him go was real, palpable and genuine. The aftercare, arranging with Forever Friends to immediately pick him up, their incredible help and support as well, in arranging his eventual burial after winter, well the Tim’s’ were amazing, and back to All City East, the card, signed by the entire clinic, Bond’s paw prints, and the other thoughtful things they sent us were so much appreciated. I would unhesitatingly trust any animal to her care! I know I told you when I saw you, but thank you again! I will hate December 16th for the rest of my life, but it’s tempered by the love we received from you!

I loved that the service was very fast and safe. We didn't have to wait to update my cat's rabies vaccination, and they also helped us with registration. The vets were very kind and sweet with my Cleo.

I feel All City Pet Care East had my tuxedo Cat’s best interest at heart with a diagnosis and suggested teeth cleaning. At 10y His heart will thank me and I must do right for my cat. Easy, fun and done before you know it. Kind and safe atmosphere

I have brought every dog that I have ever owned to All City Pet Care East and refuse to go anywhere else! I absolutely love how caring and detail oriented their staff is. They also treat you like one of your own. From normal check ups, to spays and neuters, to dentals, they do it all and they do it WELL. My pugs thank you❤️

New to the area and our 13 year old Yorkie was not doing well, had multiple issues and health decline. I found this Vet online and I called to see if I could bring him in to be seen. I spoke with Robin and she was so kind and understanding, she was able to get me in right away. I then saw Dr. Emily , who has to be one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever met. Dr. Emily really took the time to listen to me during my emotional state and examined my my guy. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done as he was terminal and declining quickly. We were able to bring him home and give him lots of love and say our good byes. The next day we brought him in to be put to rest. Again, all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and show true compassionate and empathy during this difficult time. Dr. Emily, once again was amazing, our sweet boy went peacefully to the Rainbow Bridge. The care, compassion and customer service provided is genuine and priceless.
