From the very beginning, they were completely in tune with our family’s individual needs and made us feel genuinely supported during such a difficult time. They truly went above and beyond to help us personalize my grandmother’s funeral in a way that truly honored who she was. Their thoughtful idea to incorporate what she loved most about life into her service were so dear and thoughtful. Our thoughts and their vision made the service feel warm, meaningful, and incredibly special. Every detail they helped us create felt intentional and heartfelt, and their gentle guidance brought us so much comfort. We are deeply appreciative of their professionalism, empathy, and care. We even received a personal card from Robert after the services. Thank you, Robert, Pam, and Amy, for helping us celebrate my grandmother’s life in such a beautiful and personal way.

We had such a wonderful experience with Temples-Halloran. They made such a difficult time for us as painless as possible. The staff (specifically Nicole, Pam and Ruth) was warm, compassionate and I highly recommend their services. Even weeks after the services, they continued to reach out, just see how our family was doing and see if we needed anything. Behavior like this is not taught, as it is truly genuine.

Amy and Tally went above and beyond at my dear friend’s funeral on Saturday, November 22, 2025. A local florist was supposed to put some special roses in an arrangement that was delivered but had failed to do so. Amy and Tally didn’t hesitate to drop everything and go out to get the roses (at their own expense) to put me at ease at a very difficult time. What was a small gesture to them meant the world to me. Thank you so much!

Nicole, Ruth, and team made the funeral process for my grandmother as smooth as possible. My family and I were grateful for them during our time of need and grieve. They have continued to check on us weeks after which means so much.
