I can not stress enough how AMAZING Peaceful Paws staff & services are! They met me in my pajamas, very early in the morning, I know I looked frazzled & half crazy, & they took my best friend’s pet from me with this calm, peaceful demeanor I will never forget, and literally made the entire process stress free. They either texted or emailed regarding the entire process- each step. And truly so caring & loving. The empathy & compassion shown was nothing I’d have ever experienced.

Ashley is absolutely amazing! I called her late on a Friday and she said she would stay in order for me to bring my Daphne to them. I've always buried my pets, but my health has turned and I just couldn't do it this time. I was a bit anxious over the process and completely distraught from losing my old lady pup. Ashley was so incredibly kind though. She answered all my questions, explained the process, and gave me as much time as I needed to say my goodbyes. She even took some nose and paw prints for me and a lock of Daphne's hair to keep as well. I'm still heartbroken over the loss, but Peaceful Paws lived up to their name and I highly recommend their services. Sadly, I will need their services at least two more times in the future, but hopefully no time soon. I'm hoping Daphne's brothers are with me for many years to come.

Peaceful Paws helped me navigate the process when my almost 17 year old girl passed away last September. They came to get her on a Sunday morning and then stayed in communication with me the whole time during the cremation process. When I picked up her ashes, I was able to purchase a few things to honor her. Great selection of urns and other little things to honor my girl Badass. They turned a heartbreaking experience into something peaceful and memorable, allowing me to grieve while honoring her memory in the best way possible. From the time I called right after my sweet boy, Peanut passed away to the time I brought him to the facility, I was shown compassion and kindness by Ashley. She took us to a private room where I could spend my final moments with him alone and when I was ready we went over the cremation plan which was made easy and not overwhelming in this difficult time. I received updates throughout the process and was able to get his ashes the same day. I also got his clay pawprint and some of his hair. She also made a mold of his nose to be turned into a necklace. Everything was beautiful when I received it and I will always have these things to cherish. They took amazing care of my pup. If you ever go through this heartbreak, know that they will take care of you and your fur babies through every step.
