I cannot say enough good things about Pawmetto Lifeline!!! We adopted Ollie on 9.27.25 and the whole experience was just perfect from the time we walked through the door until we left with our newest fur-baby. We were unsure how our 6 yr old pup would do with another dog after losing his big brother a year ago, so when I expressed my concerns they knew exactly what to do. They took both pups and made the introduction in a safe place, once they knew everything was going good they brought us in to see how well they were doing. River and Ollie have become fast friends and it is so great to see River run and play with another dog again. Ollie seems to love his new forever home too. Thank you so much to the staff at Pawmetto Lifeline for saving these babies and giving them a chance at a good life and for making the adoption process so easy for Ollie! ❤️

First off let me just say Ali is AMAZING! she has such a good personality and was really helpful with picking out a puppy that fits me and my families standards! She understood we have a 10 year old cat and she helped us find a puppy that was in a foster home with a cat which was really helpful! She let us go look at puppies which we played with them for about an hour and she told us to let her know if any stuck out to us. We ended up finding a puppy we loved and she told us a lot about her and how she is a Parvo survivor and how she is strong. We fell in love and knew we needed her. We told Ali we would have to talk it over with my dad so she gave us her email and phone number so we had a way of contacting her. I texted her and told her we wanted to adopt the puppy and she responded so fast! Now I have had my sweet puppy for about 3 weeks and she is the best ever! So thankful Pawmetto lifeline was recommended to me and I will be recommending it to other people!

We were greeted warmly and treated kindly throughout the adoption process. The staff is wonderful. The shelter is really nice, and it makes you glad that the poor animals inside are safe and so well cared for. Everything went smoothly. I would suggest volunteering if you live in the area. They have so many beautiful animals, and they deserve a nice home, but while they are waiting, they need love and attention. The staff is so welcoming to people who want to spend an afternoon socializing with the kittens. Its a great place.

My husband and I came by 2 weeks ago to adopt a kitten. The process was smooth, the staff were fantastic and did a wonderful job even though it was a hectic day! We found our best little guy who was named Burt, but has since been endowed with a name befitting royalty - Leonidas Augustus Maximus (or just Leo, for short). He's taken to his new realm, spoiled with toys and attention, and a very plush throne overlooking the front garden. Thank you Pawmetto Lifeline!
