The kindest people! Our oldest Australian Shepherd passed away. When we arrived at My Best Friend Pet Cremation in Lancaster SC - the staff was very comforting and receptive. Very pleasant and brief experience. I highly recommend to anyone in the area.
We recently lost our family pet and at the last minute late in a Saturday I called about having him cremated. The staff was very friendly and handled everything very professionally and compassionately and also was willing to wait for us to get there late with him. The cremation was done quickly and our pet was returned in a beautiful wooden box and again very professional and compassionate. I hope I never have to deal with this again but if I do they will be the boy place I’ll go.
When our 16 year old cat passed away at home I called and inquired about cremation. Everyone could not have been more kind and caring in the process.
