Unfortunately this make 2 times that I had to let go of 2 beautiful little girls,Layla who was 13 1/3 and Maxxi who just turned 20,both in less than 2 years. But fortunately,Midlands Pet Care and Pet Rest was there to help with our babies. They are very caring and respectful of your loved ones,explain everything you need to know in the process. There understanding of what is happening and how to comfort the situation as best as anyone possibly could. Im glad that I found Midlands Pet Rest and if i could give more stars,I would. Thank you Midlands Pet Care for taking such good care of our Reesie girl! She passed very quickly and unexpectedly, and we are just heartbroken. You quietly came into our home to pick her up and never made us feel rushed as we took turns telling her goodbye and giving a last kiss and head rub. It’s a comfort to have a little part of her still here with us. Midlands Pet Care was also less expensive than some of the other places i called. Thank you again!

Midlands Pet Care (Morgan) was beyond compassionate and attentive to my needs when my Suzy Q girl was getting ready to go to Rainbow Bridge. Morgan patiently answered all of my questions to help me make the right decisions for the end time. I was a having a difficult time with the procedure that was to take place, and Morgan was very sympathetic, and made this part of Suzy's final journey a little bit easier and less stressful. After my girl went to sleep at my home, Morgan and Travis came, and with much respect and compassion, they picked her up, and took her with them for a private cremation. Within a few days, I was called to come and pick up her ashes in the urn I had chose. I was also given a sympathy card, and a wallet size card of the poem, "The Rainbow Bridge." Last, but not least, I received, a warm, sincere hug from Morgan. I highly recommend Midlands Pet Care And Pet Rest to anyone wishing to have their furry baby's remains taken care of with love.

Compassionate, sympathetic, and courteous services from start to finish. My aunt and I suddenly lost her beloved friend, Cupcake, well past the operating hours of most pet cremation centers that I know of. I work as a veterinary assistant, so I knew I could always head to one of the 24 hour emergency clinics in the area, but I wanted this unfortunate experience to be as private, thoughtful, and meaningful to my aunt as possible, so I looked for a private crematorium that could work with us at this time of night (1am). Thankfully, Midland’s Pet Care picked up my frantic phone call and walked me through the process. They met me at their facility within 20-30 minutes of me calling and explained everything very thoroughly. They answered all of our questions and listened to us banter in about how great our dog was. You can tell they genuinely care. They allowed plenty of time for my aunt and I to say goodbye and we never felt rushed or bothersome despite it being in the middle of the night. There were also so many beautiful mementos to pick from with reasonable pricing. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and I can’t thank the staff enough for running such a beautiful operation. I will be recommending this place to everyone.
