We knew the time would come when our beloved fur baby, Sam (approximately 16-17 years) would pass away, but I never wanted to think or talk about it as I was unsure what I would want to do. Unfortunately, he passed away while we were out of town and my husband’s son found this place. He handled the communication with them and passed all the information (address, instructions, etc.) to us so that we could forever have Sam with us. Today our fur baby was delivered to us and I was overwhelmed by the genuine professionalism, care, and kindness that was shown to our family by this individual and crematory. Thank you so much!
In mid-January of 2025, my very healthy young cat unexpectedly died due to an accidental fall as he was playing with his younger sister. I was devastated while I tried coming to terms with this tragic happening, as I consider pets to be family members. Floyd's family & staff extended outstanding generous, genuine care & attention while I decided how I wanted to proceed. The cremation services were quite affordable, they were easy to contact, honest & not forceful, it was a seamless undertaking from the 1st phone call to picking up his precious urn, which was less of a wait than I'd anticipated ~ the wait is what I find to be burdensome & for which I must brace myself. I am humbly appreciative & I highly recommend Floyd's Pet Crematorium if this is how you choose to lay your darling furmily members to their eternal rest.
I sent a message after hours last night because we lost our sweet kitty last night and a lady was intouch with me this morning very nice and she got us an appointment for today I'm thankful this very kind place is going to be caring for our sweet boy who is already deeply missed .
We have used Floyd’s twice. Very compassionate people, and the price is very doable for anyone’s income. I am greatly appreciative for their service to pets.
