Family Pals

Family Pals makes the loss of a beloved pet just a bit easier. Our family has lost two elderly pets in the past year and Family Pals was there for us when we made the decisions to cremate them and bring them home. The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful. They don’t rush you to make decisions on engraving or pictures on the spot and I appreciated being able to go home and make those decisions and just email them the information. While we were waiting for the process to be completed, the staff did an excellent job of keeping us updated with what was happening and sent proofs of the urn before the engraving began. When it was time to pick up our sweet fur baby, he was waiting for us in a little room on a table with his little nose and paw prints and a clipping of his hair. It was beautiful and respectful and so thoughtful. We can’t recommend or thank Family Pals enough for the kindness and empathy they show to families who have lost a well loved pet. 10/10

Williams Funeral Home went above and beyond in caring for our beloved dog of 13 years, Ranger. They met us at their facility at 11:30 pm after Ranger passed peacefully at home. When his cremains were ready, he was placed in a beautiful keepsake engraved urn. He was awaiting us in a private room. We were treated with kindness, empathy and respect throughout the process. I highly recommend this service for beloved pets.

Very easy process, staff was very friendly and professional. When we came to pick up our dog they had a very nice memorial area set up for us to have a few private moments. It was so unexpected and so sweet of them to do!

We were overwhelmed by the compassionate service we received from Family Pals. They treated our dog, Stella, as a valued member of our family, rather than just our pet. This is a service more people should know about! We will use them from now on when it’s time for any of our fur babies to cross the Rainbow Bridge.
