My husband and I took our first pet Binx here to be cared for and we were met by so much compassion and grace. Kevin is truly outstanding and gave us our space to grieve. We left an email Friday and they called us the next morning and allowed us to come in same day to put Binx to rest. Kevin went absolutely above and beyond for us and made this whole unfortunate situation feel a little less sad. We appreciate everything you did for us and for our fur baby Binx and will never forget it!

They took great care in helping me create the perfect custom piece for my pet, and the final result completely exceeded my expectations. I had to get my beautiful cat put down on July 3rd, not sure if I wanted to bury her or get her cremated. I called Columbia pet cremation center and was able to bring her in that day. Eric was very professional, friendly and welcoming and took us through prices and paperwork. I could not have asked for any better service. I brought her in a cardboard box and they put her in a nice small opened casket so I can see her one more time instead of being inside box. This place treats you and your animal above and beyond. Thank y’all so much! If I could give y’all 10 stars I would.

i lost my soul kitty in the middle of the night last week. they were able to meet us at the facility right then and there to take her and get everything set up. i was able to say goodbye in their chapel while my boyfriend worked with staff to get arrangements figured out. i was able to take as long as i needed, even though it was well after 2am. i got her back today. the urn was perfect and just what i wanted. i also got prints of all of her paws and her nose, and a little jar with her fur (she was a calico and they took the time to separated the fur by color so i could see all of them). i hope i don’t need their services for a long time, but i’ll absolutely use them again when the time comes. thank you guys for taking care of my angel. ❤️

This place is absolutely amazing!!! From the moment I entered the door hands were wide open because frankly I was a complete mess . The staff especially Ms Turner was there every step of the way! The 2 ladies helped me get my Coco out of the car and into the chapel area . The doctor had a wonderful sense of humor which lightened the whole situation. Letting go of a loyal animal is one of the hardest things to do especially at the age of 14. I will never forgot these wonderful people at “Doggie Heaven”! Thank you for all your love and support in this time that I had to say see you later to my coco.
