made the process very easy and the lady that i saw both times was so incredibly sweet and made such a heart wrenching process that much easier. made the drive from summerville for the inexpensiveness compared to other places and will definitely be coming back if i (unfortunately) need their services again.

As hard as it was to say goodbye to our sweet (and spicy) cat, Legacy made helped us feel more at peace with the process. I dropped him off around 9am and had already gotten a call before noon that I could pick him up-but no rush. As precious reviews mentioned, the compassion cannot be matched. When I went to say goodbye several commented on his handsomeness and a staff member gave him a gently pet too. I can’t explain just how much that meant to me. Highly recommend legacy!

She was absolutely awesome she could tell I was upset. Walked me through all of the options that were available. We were able to make our decision and your staff handled the rest. Legacy Pet Cremation was a wonderful to deal with during this difficult time. They were respectful of Sterling's remains throughout the entire process, providing information regarding the service they offered and going above and beyond with a few special requests we had. Professional and compassionate staff from beginning to end. They were able to meet us after hours to return our boy back to us the very next morning, which was a great comfort having him back home with us.
