Our hearts are broken from the passing of our precious Fur Baby Boy Ricky Bobby. Kristen has been such a blessing to us. Her gentle compassion and support has been beyond any expectation. She communicated with us every step of the way. She made sure he was treated with love and care as she made his paw print. She took care of his ashes until she returned him back home to us. She did a beautiful job of the engraving and added a picture I had sent her that I had forgotten about. This is the type of care every fur baby deserves. This is the compassion that every pet parent needs during their grief. Thank You Kristen fir caring for Ricky Bobby and our family.

I just picked up my sweet Buddy’s remains and I can’t thank Heavenly Paws enough. Every detail—the bag, the beautiful card, and the urn—was done with such care. Most of all, thank you to Ben for being there to talk me through everything, both before Buddy passed and after. Your kindness and compassion mean the world to me, and I’ll never forget it. I made Kristen promise she would give you a hug from me as soon as she saw you.

My dear girl Bella passed yesterday. I had called Ben the day before on advice. Well I got mixed up and called the wrong home euthanasia person not Dr. Chang. Ben berated me on the phone when I called him back. Just imagine they have done this to 2 of our senior dogs years ago when they first started. When did the compassion that you exude leave? I will no longer recommend their services. They’ve showed me their true selves. BTW I found a different company to handle Bella’s needs. Sad just sad. BTW this is a complete lie that Ben is telling in his response.I’ve also called him this morning with No response.

Our beloved Clover, who was with us for 11 wonderful years, passed away unexpectedly at home on 2/12/2025. I reached out to Kristen that evening, and she immediately arranged to come and pick him up. Her compassion and care during such a difficult time meant the world to us. When she returned Clover, he was in a beautiful, engraved box with a handwritten note, a lock of his hair, and a copy of his paw prints—a memory our family will forever treasure. Thank you, Heavenly Paws, for making such a heartbreaking time easier to navigate. We will recommend you to everyone we know!

It took over a week and a half to hear back from them after I called to request my dog’s ashes be shipped to me. Finally, someone responded to my voicemail and I gave the address for shipping. Weeks went by without receiving the ashes. Ultimately, I was forced to file a complaint with consumer protection. Then, they took her ashes to the animal hospital, which is what I didn’t want. Absolutely horrible experience with Heavenly Paws.
