We never met anyone personally from Good Shepherd. We went through our vet and they informed us this was the company that they partner with. I’m so glad that they do. We lost our Taylor Ham last week. We received his ashes back today and was in awe when we did. We were not expecting him to come back in a beautiful urn! Brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for taking care of our taylor. From past experiences with other companies, we received remains back in a bag in a box, neatly placed of course. But I believe Good Shepherd goes above and beyond. Thank you. We love the urn he was placed in and appreciate it so much! 🙏🏼🫶🏼

Disgusting grave robbers. Charged me 475.00 for a 7lb dog and 67.00 to ship her. Postage was 17.00 so they charged me 50 to put her tiny wood box in priority box. I called several times to let them make it right. They were rude and never bothered to call back. But when your traveling you have no choice. Disgusting thieves

They put my beautiful boy in a very nice wooden box and were very quick with getting him back. The only downfall is, which I know it’s the vets fault but they spelled my dog’s name wrong :( they labeled everything with the wrong spelling. The one thing I really wanted was his paw print that we paid good money for and they even engraved the wrong spelling on there and his paw print didn’t even come out good :( I’m super upset about it.
