Gentle Waters returned my phone call very quickly and picked my dog up within just a few hours. They returned her within a reasonable time and I feel confident that they treated her with respect.

We could not have asked for more compassionate people to care for our sweet old girl, Roxy. We have lost pets in the past, & chose cremation. The difference between those experiences, & our experience with Gentle Waters is amazing. The compassion from the moment I called inquiring about the process made a world of a difference for me. The effort made on their part, to make it more convenient for us to meet them for transport to and from their facility.. the urn, the plaque to go on the urn, the paw prints - (FRAMED paw prints!) A little vile of hair clippings.. everything they do, they go above, & beyond. Texts asking about how our kids are coping.. it’s evident that they’re genuinely good people.. exactly what that industry needs. In a moment of heartbreak, & decisions to be made…these are the girls you want by your side to help pull you through. I couldn’t fathom the thought of leaving my baby at the vet in a freezer for however many days, til the cremation company did their pick up. She was never in a bag..she was never in a freezer.. she was loved as one of their own, & treated with such gentleness.. I didn’t have the slightest hesitation about her being in their care. I absolutely will only use Gentle Waters when the need arises from here on out. From the bottom of my heart… thank you April! Thank you for taking such gentle care of my girl. ❤️

We unfortunately lost our sweet boy. He was my first dog ever and I truly didn’t know what to expect from losing him to the final processes. Between our vet and April, at Gentle Waters, we were given as much detail as we could handle but also all the details to answer our questions and ease our pain. April was truly amazing, even though I only spoke with her once I could feel the compassion through the phone. I just know that she cares about what she is doing for the community and cares for these pets that she only gets to meet once they’ve crossed the rainbow bridge. We are eternally grateful for Gentle Waters! And we will continue to use their services in the future.
