They made this experience easier by taking care of everything. My receipt came with a personalized letter with a beautiful poem. We did have a slight problem with the engraving that they fixed. Very caring group. Would highly recommend them.
Elizabeth was great. It was a very difficult time for me when i had to put my 15 year old maltipoo to sleep. But she was very sweet and caring. I hope I dont have to use them for a long time again but I would recommend them. And my baby passed on Thursday they were able to have him back to me on Monday. Thank you for being so sweet.
They are very caring and sympathetic during a very difficult time. I felt they treated our German Shepard with the utmost respect and care. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again when the need arises.
