My experience with CCC went extremely well. I worked with Diane during the process and she was so professional, extremely polite and explained everything to me with great detail. My mother looked so peaceful and beautiful, which has helped with the grieving process. I highly recommend CCC, they are a blessing to have in our community.

In the midst of every parents worst nightmare, Marcus and his staff made this somber task an experience I'll never forget. I am blown away by his compassion for the situation as well as his excellent communication, more than fair pricing and dedication to the community. He was a saving grace in an incredibly difficult time for myself and my family.

I had an extremely empathic and professional experience with this funeral home for my father's cremation and I am so glad I chose to do business with them. Julie was truly wonderful in all aspects of my father's cremation and Kathy helped with getting six Sheriff volunteers who treated us like royalty to escort the family and friends for my father's funeral in a procession from the church on Johns Island to the cemetery on James Island. I made an excellent choice going with Charleston Cremation Center & Funeral Home. I would not hesitate to hire them for your loved one's cremation. They also provided a lovely online obituary platform for my father. They deserve five stars all around.

Now I drove all the way from Chicago IL to Charleston SC to see my mother. She died on my way there and I drive overnight with my dad and sister. I requested to see my mother for one last time and I haven’t seen her in years. Nope. I talked to Diane who was super unprofessional and hung up on me. Holding bodies hostage 0 stars

Great service for loss of a pet. My little old man (teacup Yorkie) passed after illness on Monday after almost 16 years. I had scoped out their website beforehand because I knew it was coming. A++ on the website being so informative with prices etc... so I knew exactly what to expect. This is a huge deciding factor for me when choosing any service. I arrived right as they were closing. Julie was extremely compassionate. I was in and out probably 5-10 minutes because I just wanted the basics. The little tin that comes with the package is so cute. I now have my little man back with me after picking him up today. Extremely happy with the ease of the process during this rough time for me. Thank you CCC.
