Melissa Clarke was amazing helping plan for my mother’s funeral. It was so emotional and hard to do, but she made everything so much easier. She was very professional and took care of so much for us. Melissa even wore a shirt of my mom’s favorite color (red) on the day of her funeral which was so amazing! When we got to the funeral, everything was taken care of and all we needed to do was grieve and celebrate my mom. Also, the cemetery itself is wonderful and a nice place to lay your loved one to rest.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Have been trying for months to get an overpayment that was the funeral homes fault ,because they could not find records of where my parents prepaid for funeral arrangments. I finally found the deeds to the plots . Over two months of going back and forth and everytime I go there no one can seem to help me. I am so tempted to just hire a lawyer and sue them for breach of contract and miss handling of records. I wonder how many other people have had this same situation and they are grieving a loss of a loved one and just ignore it and move on. The staff is very uneducated in customer service skills and lack of concern. However they are ready to sell you the most expensive casket and funeral you could imagine. Communication between the departments is non existant. I have seen over 7 staff members and have yet to resolve my concern. I would not advise anyone to bury their loved one in this facility. If I could give zero stars I would but it will not let me post this. Buyer beware.

The entire staff was sensitive to our needs and took special care of us and our loved one. Matt Way and Melissa really stood out as sensitive, caring professionals. Their work eased the burden of our loss and made this emotional process bearable and special.

I just wanted to share our experience that we had using Carolina Memorial Garden Funeral Home . The staff at Carolina was wonderful, they are a very professional group that cares very deeply about everyone involved in the process of getting your loved one taken care of . I can’t really say enough about how caring the whole staff is , we have used them in the past when our parents passed but I was not the only family member involved . We lost our daughter recently and had to make arrangements, we decided to use Carolina and were very glad we did . I don’t want to single one person out because every person involved was absolutely great from start to finish. Kenny Faulkner

I am extremely pleased and impressed with the funeral services provided my wife. Not knowing how to proceed I am very grateful that the people of Carolina Funeral Home were well prepared to give me the guidance that I needed. My children and I like to especially thank Melissa for all that she did.
