I cannot recommend Faithful Friends Pet Crematory highly enough. Following the passing of my beloved cat, Gracie, every staff member I interacted with showed extraordinary kindness, compassion, and care. From the moment I arrived, they allowed me as much time as I needed with Gracie, which meant the world to me during such a heartbreaking moment. The care and thoughtfulness they put into her cremation was remarkable. They provided an ink print and a clay impression of her paw, a beautifully carved wooden box, and even a velvet bag for her ashes in the same green as Gracie’s eyes—a small detail I hadn’t requested but that touched me deeply. It was clear that every step was handled with so much intention and love. I was also able to bring Gracie home within just two days, which brought immense comfort during a time when I desperately longed to have her close again. Every detail, every interaction, and every act of kindness made an unbearably difficult experience so much more gentle and meaningful. Faithful Friends is a place of compassion and dignity, and they treated Gracie—and me—with the utmost care and respect. I am deeply grateful for their support and will forever remember their kindness.

Thank you so much to the wonderful humans at Faithful Friends. I brought my sweet Molly into their care a couple days after her passing. They were so kind and gentle with her and so patient and understanding with me. I was very nervous it would be hard for me to leave her but after I had given them all our information and made my selections I was given plenty of time to love and give her pets and I felt comfortable knowing she was in loving, safe hands. She was ready to come home much less than 24 hours later and everything was just beautiful, I couldn't ask for anything more perfect. Their attention to detail was obvious, Faithful Friends even selected tissue paper in colors that match my girls feathers. I now have my beautiful girl with me forever as well as a foot and beak print, some of her feathers, and l even was able to get a necklace to hold a bit of her ashes so she can come on all my adventures. Thank you for making such a difficult time a bit easier and for taking such beautiful care of my Molly. I will be forever grateful.❤️

Audrey & Kimberly were absolutely amazing. They both were very understanding, shown lots & lots of compassion & sympathy from when I brought my German shepherd in until I picked up his ashes. I am so glad this is a family owned business who does not prey on your emotions to make money. Other crematoriums that I had called prior wanted me to pay almost $1,000 to have my pet cremated. Well Faithful Friends helped us out a lot with the cost & my emotional state. I was a complete mess. The cost of the urns, keychains, & necklaces were beyond reasonable and beautiful. The 3D mold of my dog’s nose & paw print were gorgeous as well. I have already recommended a lot of my friends who have dogs that are seniors to come here. The drive from CT was well worth it. Thank you so much Faithful Friends for the kindness you have shown my family & I during our time of grief and thank you again so much for taking good care of my baby’s ashes until I came to pick him up. Your business is the best!

I wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to Kimberly for her sweet compassion at a time when my husband and I are feeling grief stricken and bereft. Our beloved family member of 11 years has just crossed over the rainbow bridge. Blackie was a gentle, dignified outdoor cat who became the very spirit of our yard, and without whom we find ourselves completely at a loss. Kimberly instantly understood the bond we had shared with him, beautifully honoring his passing. He will now be rejoined with the yard he so adored. My cat of 17 years passed away. He was my first cat on my own, before my parents would handle any issues with our family pets. So I was unsure about where to go and I found faithful friends online and read the reviews. The staff so helpful, nice and responsive.
