Trusted Journey - Murrysville

We fostered a siamese this past April. Our Jitterbug. We only got to have him with us for about 4 months before he passed unexpectedly due to a health issue no one knew he had. I had never been through this before as I never even had my own pet. They were so nice when I had called and talked to them on multiple occasions before they got my baby. He came home today and the urn is more beautiful than I thought. They were so amazing. They had even gave us a paw print because I couldn't afford to get one. I would trust them with my next and all future babies when their times are to come. Thank you so much!! We are so grateful to you guys!!! ❤️

I originally took my sweet girl to the urgentvet in upper st. Clair and had to make the difficult decision of putting her down not knowing who the vet office would use and having had to put my older dog down several years ago, I was expecting the same level of services to this company went above and beyond my expectations they handled my baby girl with professionalism from the beautiful urn she came home to me in and her paw print. Thank you for treating my girl with the same love that I would have.

Where do I begin here? Our family lost our family member, our friend, our cat 😺 and for days after, our family has not been the same. We received our family friend from The Trusted Journey Pet Memorial Service and was just so Happy with how he was handled, from the shipping to the effort to detail and keep sakes included. I recommend this service with 100% satisfaction. Today was like getting to Memorialize him the best way we could, so he could be remembered for eternity. He gave us so much in the way of love and friendship. This service allowed our family to feel as if we can now move on and keep Baby with us in his favorite room and honor him like he did our family every day. Thank you to all the great people who had a hand in this process, just top notch service and treatment. 🙏

last week, very unexpectedly, we had to say goodbye to my golden boy. the emergency vet told us where they were sending his remains and this being my first dog, my first baby, i wasn't sure what to expect in return (just the basics i guess). the vet wasn't sure about an ink paw print, so my other half called to be sure we'd be getting one. she said they were so kind when she spoke to them. but what came in the mail just four days later was absolutely beautiful. the package was packed very well, lots of packing material to keep everything safe, and it all seemed very thoughtfully placed in the box. every piece was packaged so lovely. it was above and beyond what i could have expected or hoped for. i am so incredibly thankful for the time you took to package everything so thoughtfully and beautifully. i am also so thankful for your showing so much care and love to my boy at the end. i greatly appreciate all of it.

I lost my beautiful Chloe this past Saturday unexpectedly, with the overwhelming grief I forgot to ask my vet who they used , they assured me that she would be handled with care and love , today Friday September 19th she finally came home . And I just want to say thankyou for all you do , everything was very beautiful and after reading all the reviews I am so grateful. Thankyou ,Chloe is back home with me ❤️
