From the moment I called, Jason showed such genuine compassion and patience. He walked me through their pet cremation services in Pittsburgh, explained every detail of the private pet cremation process, and made me feel like my pet’s dignity truly mattered. I’m also very big on the environment and Jason gave me an option for a biodegradable urn which was a really nice touch and only $30 which isn’t bad if you ask me. I don’t ever want to use a company like this but when a pet passes I will surely call Pittsburgh Pet Cremation and ask for Jason personally.

Last Monday my 15 year old cat died. I was destroyed. I looked up places in a haze and found Pittsburgh Pet Cremation and Jason was nothing but amazing. He was very communicative even during his flight back to town. Picked her up that same night and I got her back in very quick turn around. She’s back home now and on the pet memorial altar. I hope to never need their services for a very long time lol but when I have a need I know who to call.
