I recently experienced an emergency involving a damaged urn that was shipped to me for a memorial service in Pittsburgh. It was an incredibly difficult and emotional time, but Stephanie and Danielle went above and beyond to help me through it. Losing your husband or wife is one of the worst things you can experience. I lost my husband on New Year’s Day and Pittsburgh Cremation and especially Abby whom I dealt with, was so comforting, so concerned and handled every single detail for me. I had nothing to do but be thankful for them. I would highly recommend them and should the need unfortunately arise, I would definitely use them again

Sydney and Bobbi made a very overwhelming experience so easy to navigate. They were welcoming, organized, and caring. We knew our beloved Art was in good hands. The facilities are well appointed and clean, with a private room to step away for the family.

Danielle and Abby were amazing. I met with them the day I lost mom -- a few hours after -- both of them displayed compassionate understanding and patience with me. These ladies made me feel like they really cared about my mom, her wishes, and her as a person. They were easy to work with, accommodating, affordable, professional and authentic. Mom was burning up with excitement when she met them as well.
